Looks like first look of Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif from the sultry number Tip Tip Barsa Paani remake in Rohit Shetty’s directorial Sooryavanshi is out. The song which originally featured Raveena Tandon is being recreated and will see Kat and Akki sharing the screen space after 9 years. Now the latest tip is that Katrina has shared the first look from Tip Tip Barsa Paani and we can’t stop gushing over how adorable this pair looks.

She captioned the photo as “Singing in the rain”. We can clearly see that the first look from the sets is just mesmerizing. The monochrome photo of the Gale Lag Jaa pair is too sexy. It looks like as if they’ve walked out after just having a shower. The towel draped on their head with wet hair adds the dash of sensuality.

Akshay had previously said that “I would’ve definitely been disappointed if any other actor would’ve recreated Tip Tip Barsa Paani, a song which has been synonymous with me & my career & I can’t thank Ratan Jain ji enough. At times like these you realize, we may have come a long way but we also go back a long way.”
A source close to Mumbai Mirror said, “The reprised version is composed by Tanishq Bagchi while Farah Khan has come on board to choreograph Akshay and Katrina’s moves. It is a sensuous romantic song like the original, and Farah has already discussed her vision of the track with Rohit.”
“Tip tip barsa paani”, an iconic Hindi song from the 1994 film “Mohra” was picturized on Akshay and Raveena Tandon.
“Sooryavanshi” is the fourth film of Rohit Shetty’s cop drama universe in which Akshay is essaying the role of Veer Suryavanshi, a character that was introduced as an anti-terrorist squad officer in the Ranveer Singh-starrer 2018 film “Simmba“.

The movie is scheduled to hit the screens on March 27, 2020.
