Apparently Sooraj Pancholi & his parents, father actor Aditya Pancholi & mother Zarina Wahab have lost the tenancy rights of the Juhu Bungalow near ISKCON Temple where they were residing on rent by paying Rs. 150 since 1960.
The landlady of their bungalow Tarabai Hate had filed a suit in 1977 that they haven’t paid rent for three months. The Hate family brought the proceedings against the Pancholis in July 1978, stating that they have not paid the rent of eight months i.e from February to October 1977.

The Bombay High Court has given a deadline of 5th November to the Pancholis to appeal against this order or they will face eviction. On the other hand, the Pancholis claims that they have fought hard to stay in the bungalow and that they will approach Supreme Court following the High Court.
