Join UsSidharth Malhotra received quite a lot of praises for his performance in his last film Hasee Toh Phasee. But ever since the teaser of Ek Villain was out, the actor is being hailed for shedding his chocolate boy image and taking up a dark role.
What’s interesting is that, impressed by this new look of Sidharth, Lootera director Vikramaditya Motwane has cast the star in his next venture titled Bhavesh Joshi. Previously Imran Khan had been roped in for this role, but since the actor is currently busy with his wife and new born baby, the actor had to be replaced.
We hear, Vikramaditya was so impressed with Sidharth’s Ek Villain image that he complimented the actor. The actor’s spokesperson stated, “Vikram really appreciated whatever he saw of Sidharth’s work in the teaser. He’s confident that he will do justice to their film.”
As soon as Sidharth returns from his 10-day break from New York, he will be start working on Bhavesh Joshi.
