Mirza’s father broke the silence shortly after the announcement and confirmed she sought ‘khula.’ She reportedly now stays at their house in Dubai with her son Izhaan.

In an interview with Aijaz Aslam and Nadia Khan on Pakistan’s Green TV Entertainment, Nawal Saeed revealed she reveals texts from many cricketers. Eyeballs were raised when the actress hinted she had received texts even from married/committed cricketers. A lot of speculated names popped up in the conversation, and one of them was Shoaib Malik.

When asked if Shoaib Malik has also texted her, Nawal Saeed did not deny the speculation but laughed it off. Her reaction has convinced many that the Pakistan cricketer has indeed slid into her Instagram DMs.

However, Nawal did not seem very impressed with cricketers reaching out to her in DMs. “Appreciate ki baat nahi hai. Mujhe sirf ye lagta hai ki cricketers should not be doing that. Actors se zyada log cricketers/ sportsman ko idolize karte hai. So if people consider you to be so big… (you should not be doing that).”
When indirectly pushed to reveal the content of the texts, Nawal Saeed reacted, “Mujhe iske baare me baat nahi karni hai.”

Wild rumors previously claimed Shoaib had been dating Sana Javed for quite a few years before announcing their marriage. His family was not very happy with his decision, and most members skipped his wedding ceremony.
On the other hand, Sana also reportedly quit her marriage with Umair Jaswal only about 3 months before tying the knot with Shoaib Malik. There remain no rumors of this confirmation. But as they say, “Jab miyan biwi raazi toh kya karega qaazi.”
