Shivaay is directed by Ajay Devgn and is slated to release on Diwali this year. The movie will be clashing with Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
