Yesterday, a similar instance took place during the trailer launch of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, but actor Sharad Kelkar handled it with his epic reply and is surely winning our hearts.

During the trailer launch event, one of the journalists asked Sharad Kelkar about his role of Shivaji Maharaj by quoting, “Sharad Kelkar aap Shivaji ka role play kar rahe hai?” to which the actor instantly interrupted her by correcting the journalist as “Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj”. As soon as the actor replied, people in the hall went crazy, by pouring in claps and whistles.

Speaking about the movie, Tanhaji also stars Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan and Kajol in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release on 10th January 2020. The trailer was unveiled yesterday at an unusual time of 1.47 pm, which sparked curiosity amongst the fans. The trailer is a huge hit on YouTube with 25 million views and 714K likes within 24 hours of release.

“‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela‘ was a gamechanger for me. I think people accepted me from ‘…Ram Leela’. From a TV actor to do a film, the phase was difficult but I got an amazing response through that,” Sharad told IANS.
