Bollywood star Shahid Kapoor is back in B-town after his European vacation. The Kabir Singh actor, who has been trending all across the internet from past number of days following his images from his European trip, took to Twitter this afternoon to congratulate his colleagues, Ayushmaan Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal on winning the National Award for their films under ‘Best Actor Category’.

The 66th National Film Awards results were announced last Friday. This year however the prestigious award under the ‘Best Actor’ category was shared between two of most followed and well-deserved actors i.e Ayushmaan Khurrana (AndhaDhun) and Vicky Kaushal (Uri).

The duo has been receiving congratulatory and complimentary messages from all over. There’s no doubt that both Ayushmaan and Vicky are on top of the world after receiving congratulatory message yesterday from megastar Amitabh Bachchan.

After Big B’s congratulatory message, today Ayushmaan and Vicky were well praised and congratulated by Shahid Kapoor for their big win.

As the Kabir Singh actor tweeted, “Huge congratulations to @vickykaushal09 and @ayushmannk for their well deserved #NationalFilmAwards good films good actors good times. Great job boys. “

Talking about Shahid, the actor is yet to sign his next. However, his last release did set Box-office ablaze, as Kabir Singh with 263. 1 Crore ranks top when it comes Indian Box Office collection this year.

The film was a remake of Telugu hit Arjun Reddy, and it was helmed by filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
