Shah Rukh Khan To Release The Raees Trailer On His 51st Birthday?

Earlier, speculations were rife that the trailer of Shah Rukh Khan’s much anticipated crime thriller Raees will release in Diwali along with Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Although now, the latest reports suggest that the trailer will be launched on King Khan’s 51st Birthday i.e. on 2nd November.

According to a report in DNA, SRK and his co-producer Ritesh Sidhwani want to stay away from comparisons with any other film. So, they plan to release their trailer a few days after Kaabil. Also with Dangal’s trailer releasing around the same time, the makers wish to completely avoid the same.

If reports are to be believed, the plan is that Shah Rukh wants to release the trailer of Raees after all the buzz surrounding Kaabil and Dangal gets over post Diwali. He plans to release the trailer in front of the media in a grand event while the close friends will get a glimpse of it a day before at his birthday bash.

Raees is directed by Rahul Dholakia and it also stars Mahira Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in key roles. It is all set to hit the screens on 26th January, 2017.
