Shah Rukh Khan was recently seen attending the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne and his charisma was undeniable. Wherever he goes in the world, his stardom takes over. SRK is making headlines every now and then but this time for a great reason. SRK will be shooting a special song Tu Desh Mera to pay tribute to the Pulwama Attack Martyrs along with Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Kartik Aaryan and Tiger Shroff, amongst others.+

Pulwama Attack that took place this year in February was one of the most disheartening incident in the history of India. 40 CRPF jawans lost their lives in a suicide bomber attack. As per a report by TOI, Shah Rukh Khan has also shot for the song. The report also stated that SRK shot a four minute long verse for the video and the producers are really happy about it. The actor shot the video ahead of his travel plans and he mentioned that he’s really glad that he shot something like this. SRK’s verse consists of some very emotional lines.

As per Abhishek Mitra, MD of the Happy Productions, “To say that we were excited by the prospect of Shah Rukh Khan joining us for the video is an understatement. He was travelling that week and was quite busy. We are grateful that he took out the time to shoot for the video. We shot Shah Rukh’s part of the video at the Mehboob Studios in Mumbai after midnight.”

The video has been delayed in the release and was shot for CRPF Day and not Independence Day but got postponed later. Going by the reports, the teaser of the video also features Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Tiger Shroff and Kartik Aaryan. However, the release date of the song has not yet been finalised.
