Being an actor certainly means that your privacy will be invaded from time to time. But people need to understand as to where to draw the line. As a result, when pictures of veteran actress Shabana Azmi went viral of her near-fatal accident, though fans were worried about her health, the act of taking pictures was condemned.
Now, as the Makdee actress is on the road of complete recovery, she has revealed that her family too was mighty miffed with the pictures that went viral. However, she was quick to add that the pictures were kept away from her for the longest time as the family did not want her to get upset.
In her latest interaction with Hindustan Times, Azmi has been quoted saying, “My family was upset. It was kept away from me for the longest time as I didn’t have my cellphone. When I saw it, I was on my way to recovery. At that moment, I was just really grateful to those who helped me and the hospital staff.”
