Salman Khan is world-wide known for his massy entertainers, but post Race 3, it seemed his fans were looking forward to more content driven projects. And now it looks like the superstar has taken notes from the audiences and is ensuring that the sequel of Kick doesn’t undergo a similar blunder.
Yes, you heard it right! In fact reports further suggest that this was one reason why he was willing to collaborate with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for Inshallah. A recent report by Deccan Chronice reveals the same as, “That was one reason he was keen on the collaboration with Sanjay Leela Bhansali named Inshallah. But after that film fell through, he began work on Radhe. He has also had a few sittings with his dear friend Sajid Nadiadwala, who produced Housefull 4 recently, to discuss how they need to not just keep the sequel to Kick interesting, but entertaining as well.”
Furthermore regarding his discussions regarding Kick 2 to work out well and the updates regarding the project going on floors, the source revealed, “They are looking at the second quarter of 2020 to start shooting so that they can release it in 2021. There will be a lot of special effects in the film, which is why it will not come in 2020. Only when Sajid is sure of how the film will shape up, he will announce the release date.”
