Earlier, it was reported the sequel for the movie will go on floors in August this year, now there is another update on the story. As per a report in Ahmedabad Mirror, Sara is going to play the part of Pia in the sequel.
A source informed the daily that the makers are really keen on Sara who is the daughter of Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh’s former business partner who collaborated with him on films like Being Cyrus, Love Aaj Kal, Agent Vinod, Cocktail, Go Goa Gone and Happy Ending.
Well, it will be interesting to see if this news turns out true. Furthermore, the report also had the source commenting on the same, “Sara is one of the top contenders to play the daughter,” informs a source.
Even after being a fresher in the industry, Sara Ali Khan has already rejected as many as 7 films and that too of big stars like Sunny Deol, Anushka Sharma, and Karan Johar.

The daily also contacted Dinesh and he said, “I have just finished the script and I am going to get into the casting now.”
Produced by Dinesh and T-Series head Bhushan Kumar, Hindi Medium 2 will be a fresh take on the Indian educational system with little reference to the original.
