Dabangg Khan aka Salman Khan is known to be Controversy’s favourite child. Well, Khan has again landed in a soup, thanks to his controversial statement during an interview.
In an interview with media, while explaining his hectic shooting schedule of Sultan, Salman said, “You look like a fraud if you haven’t trained properly. You need to put in those many hours as any wrestler does and that’s what we have done. Now when you are shooting, you are continuously wrestling for 6 hours. So if I have to pick up a 120 kg person, and drop him down, I got to do it 10 times. In the wrestling match, it happens once or twice.”

He further added, “10 times from 5 different angles for 6-7 hours, either I am picking up or throwing or he is picking me up and throwing me. It is like the most difficult thing. When I used to walk out of the ring, it was actually like a raped woman walking out. I couldn’t walk straight. I would eat and then, head right back to training. That wouldn’t stop.”
But, in a few seconds, Khan corrected his statement when he seemed to have realised his mistake. He apologized the media that he shouldn’t have made that comparison.
However, the quote, still went viral in no time, thus, fuming his fans and Twitteraties. While some lashed out on him for his comment, calling it as “insensitive”, there were some, who came out to support him and claimed that his statement was misquoted.
Sultan is set to hit the screens on 6th July and it also features Anushka Sharma, Randeep Hooda and Amit Sadh in key roles.
