Rajkumar Santoshi’s Phata Poster Nikla Hero starring Shahid Kapoor and Ileana D’Cruz will grace the presence of Salman Khan who is scheduled to play a cameo in the film. Shahid, who plays a cop in the film, will have his first opportunity to share screen space with the superstar Salman Khan.
A leading daily informed that Shahid recently shot for a scene with Salman Khan for PPNH. Though the scene will not have Ileana, the entire cast and crew of the film are thrilled to have Salman working with them. The scene between Shahid and Salman was shot at a suburban studio where the two worked together for almost 6 hours.

The details of the scene were deliberately not let out as Santoshi wants the Salman segment of the film to be a surprise package for the audiences. It was meticulously kept under wraps. Salman, whose warm nature is popular in Bollywood, stayed back after the conclusion of his shoot and caught up with friend Rajkumar Santoshi. He also spent a considerable amount of time bonding with Shahid Kapoor.

The film’s shooting is almost wrapping up with a month’s more work left to complete. Aiming for a summer release, the Shahid film will release after a long gap of his 2012 film Teri Meri Kahaani with rumored ex-flame Priyanka Chopra.
