Salman Khan’s hit and run case has been going through too many twists and turns. Trying to find loopholes in the prosecution’s case, Salman’s counsel in yesterday’s hearing said that the actor’s blood samples were tampered with and his medical examination was done in just five minutes.
Shrikant Shivade, Salman’s defense counsel said that the first primary evidence, the medical case paper, showed that Salman was brought before Dr. Shashikant Pawar of Sir J.J. Hospital at 2.25 p.m. and discharged at 2.30 p.m. on September 28, 2002.
Also the defense suggested that Slaman’s blood samples were tampered with. The defense arguments will further continue on Thursday and now the burden seems to be on the prosecution to clear those.
