Salman Khan’s Dabangg 3 released yesterday after its fair share of controversies. Not just the Hud Hud song issue but the film is dodging some of the roadblocks since the start. The shooting of the film was halted because apparently, the team didn’t take enough care to protect the heritage of the place.
It opened with a fair number of 24.50 crores at the box office. Received a mixed bag of reviews and most of them complained about the length of the film. Many believe it’s a treat for Salman Khan fans but still, the length could play the devil.

Now, according to the latest news coming in the film has been trimmed, edited out just on its day 2. Some of the unnecessary footage has been cut from the film to shorten the 2 hours 38 minutes of the total run time. Makers have decided to cut-short the film by 9 minutes and 40 seconds of the film.
Which means it’ll now stand at the total duration of around 2 hours 29 minutes and a little less. Will this help the makers to attract a better word of mouth? Only time will tell. But one thing is sure that less duration will mean more shows than before.
