Salman Khan Should Play My Husband In The Biopic: Sania Mirza

Bollywood has a penchant for biopics and looking at the recent ones, it is safe to say we can expect more. While sports stars are a favourite of directors, after Mary Kom and now Mahendra Singh Dhoni biopic in the making, there was buzz that there may be one on Tennis star, Sania Mirza too.

At a recent event, the actress was asked about who she would like to play her on screen. Without much thought, Sania said ” Deepika Padukone should play my character on screen.” Well, we second that choice considering Dippy is currently ruling the industry with back to back hits. Well, when it came to choosing a on-screen husband, the sports star chose Salman. “ I would like Salman to play Shoaib’s ( Shoaib Malik) part in my biopic film. He’s a good friend of mine and my favourite actor too. Also I have never seen Deepika ( Padukone) and Salman sharing screen space, so yes, it would be a treat to watch them together,” .
