Bollywood’s Dabangg Khan aka Salman Khan is known for his golden heart! Apart from being a great actor, Salman has also successfully ventured into production and now with Race 3 he has also entered in distribution. Recently, Salman said that he wouldn’t mind producing an out and out women centric action film if the script and cast is good.
This year, we saw releases like Raazi and Veere Di Wedding which are completely content driven and women centric films respectively.

So yesterday, during the press meet of Race 3, when the Kick actor was asked if he would like to back an out and out women centric film or an action movie based on women considering the fact that Alia Bhatt’s Raazi and Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Veere Di Wedding are doing tremendously well at the box office, he said, “It depends on the script of the film and it depends totally on what film comes to you and what is the casting. If there is an action and if you can manage to make the film in a budget and sell digital and satellite rights and then later on if the film covers its cost through this, so whatever comes in the theatres, it is all bonus. So the math has got to be right! Action does cost a lot of money and especially if you make this kind of action, for you to stand out and look good and be very unique to do all this kind of stuff. Otherwise the action looks tacky and it doesn’t make any sense.”

Further when Salman was asked if thinks that both Jacqueline Fernandez and Daisy Shah have raised a bar in Race 3 with their action packed avatar, he said that he’s happy with the kind of action they have did in the film. “The kind of action they have done is lethal. It is good and I’m really happy. They have really trained for it- both of them; stretching, kicking and all that stuff. It is like two men fighting, it looks like that. It also has its humour, it has that slight sensuousness, it can’t be hardcore action, it has everything to it,” said Salman.
Apart from Salman, Daisy and Jacqueline, Race 3 also features Anil Kapoor, Saqib Saleem, Bobby Deol and Freddy Daruwala. Directed by Remo D’Souza and produced by Ramesh Taurani and Salman Khan Films, Race 3 is slated to release on June 15, 2018.
