There had been rumors about Saif Ali Khan and Dinesh Vijan, who have been associated with Illuminati films together, to have been parting ways  due to facing some issues. Clearing the airs, we have now found out that the two will be jointly producing films under this banner. The banner remains to be jointly owned by them.

However, Saif and Dinesh will also produce films separately and independently under their respective banners. Due to creative differences between the two, there had been clashes. Their last co-production together was Lekar Hum Deewana Dil. Thus, from now on Saif will independently produce films under Illuminati whereas Dinesh under Maddock films.

Illuminati films is all set to release its next Happy Ending on 28th November whereas, Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock films Finding Fanny will hit theaters on 12th September ’14 followed by Badlapur which is set to release on 20th February 2015.
