Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar launched the trailer of their upcoming film Saand Ki Aankh. The film is based on the lives of Shooter Dadis named Prakashi and Chandro Tomar. The trailer is quite impactful and powerful and both the actress have perfectly nailed their respective characters.

At the trailer launch today, Taapsee Pannu revealed that she always wanted to do two-heroine film. When asked about working with Bhumi Pednekar in Saand Ki Aankh, the Badla actress said, “I don’t think a movie is made because of one person. A lot of people who work on the film don’t get their due unfortunately, even if it’s a single heroine film.”

She added, “In this particular case, yes, you are right, this visual is not something that we see very often on screen. I have a habit of doing something that doesn’t usually happen. In that excitement only, I did this film. Bhumi and I both believe in the film and our roles.”

Saand Ki Aankh is directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by Anurag Kashyap andbl Reliance Entertainment. The film will hit the screens on Diwali this year.
