Recently, the Punjab Police filed a complaint against Raveena Tandon along with Bharti Singh and Farah Khan. As reported by IANS earlier, the FIR was lodged against the trio for hurting the sentiments of the Christian community on a comedy show by using the word ‘Hallelujah’.
A case under Section 295-A of IPC was registered at an Amritsar rural police station on December 25 and the same was confirmed by SSP Vikram Jeet Duggal of Anjnala. Raveena Tandon has now reacted to the complaint filed against her.

The actress took to her Twitter page to share the video of that particular segment. She cleared her side and said that she hasn’t offended anyone and even apologised to those who got hurt. Raveena wrote, “Please do watch this link. I haven’t said a word that can be interpreted as an insult to any religion. The three of us (Farah Khan, Bharti Singh and I) never intended to offend anyone, but in case we did, my most sincere apologies to those who were hurt. https://youtu.be/_HvYNVGjUtc”.
