Join UsListen to this one now! Buzz is that filmmaker Boney Kapoor has roped in Ranveer Singh and Kareena Kapoor in the official remake of Sadma. The 1983 cult-classic starred Kamal Hassan and Sridevi.
As reported by a leading daily, Ranveer Singh will reprise Kamal Hassan’s character, while Kareena will essay the character of autistic child-woman played by Sridevi.
Reportedly, the movie will be produced by Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor, though there are no official confirmation on any other details of the film.
Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is busy in filming Befikre, while Kareena is gearing up for the release of Ki And Ka opposite Arjun Kapoor, which is slated to release on 1st April 2016.
