Join UsActor Ranbir Kapoor, who is currently busy shooting his upcoming romantic drama ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil‘, will not be playing Indian hockey legend ‘Dhyan Chand‘ in his biopic as we heard that the actor has politely declined the role to the makers.
Since, Kapoor has recently signed the biopic on Sanjay Dutt’s life, it seems that he is in no mood to do any more biopic as of now.
According to a leading website, Dhyan Chand’s biopic which will be produced under the banner of Karan Johar will be made on an estimated budget of around 80-90 crores. The film will be shot in Mumbai and locations around India, Germany and China which was related to Dhyan Chand’s life.
The biopic will show a journey of Dhyan Chand’s life as a player and how he rose to fame in the early 1900s in British India.
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor is gearing up for 2 releases this year which are Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Jagga Jasoos.
