Ranbir Kapoor Is Alia Bhatt’s Stress Buster; Helped Her Cope With Anxiety!

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Singh is the most loved couple of B-Town and there’s no denying to that, as they look perfect beyond words! Recently, they were spotted having a gala time with family in New York which included Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, and Abhishek Bachchan-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan amongst others.

Alia is usually seen accompanying beau to wherever he goes and recently she spoke to Masala about how Ranbir helps her with stress and said, “I stress about things that are not in my control,” said Alia. “I’m an over thinker. I get anxious.”

“There was a period when I was working hard and I was stressed,” the Kalank actress continued, “Ranbir told me if you are working hard, you need not worry about anything else. Do the best you can and just let everything else be. That helped me.” In fact after Alia made her debut in Bollywood she confessed it on Koffee With Karan that he would want to marry him. How cute is that!

Alia told the portal that she really stresses about the tiniest of things but Ranbir is always there to calm me and said, “The maximum I can do is put in my 100 per cent. I don’t need to worry about the results.” “The kind of personality I have, I become a little on the edge,” she further added, “What’s important is to accept it [anxiety] and not say that you’re fine. I have bouts of anxiety every now and then. But I’ve found a way to move around it.”

The Udta Punjab actress revealed that she has learned to nurture herself over a period of time. “It’s another level of connection and a feeling of growing up that I’m experiencing right now.” “I turned 26 two months ago. I’ve become sensitive to my environment. You’ve got to constantly tell yourself to calm down, so it’s important for me to stay grounded.”

When asked about her relationship with Ranbir she said, “it’s a friendship.” “I’m saying this with all genuineness and honesty. It is beautiful. I’m walking on stars and clouds right now,” she continued, “The best part is that we’re two individuals who are living our own professional lives in its full form right now.”

“He is shooting continuously. So am I. It is not a situation where you will see us constantly together. That is the true mark of a comfortable relationship. Nazar na lage,” Alia concluded.

Alia and Ranbir will be seen together for the first time ever in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra starring Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy and will be released in 2020.
