Bringing in sad news, Film producer Champak Jain passed away on Thursday due to brain hemorrhage.
Champak Jain was the owner of the Venus Records and Tapes and has many Bollywood hits to his credit as a producer. He was the man behind the blockbuster film Main Khiladi Tu Anari starring Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar. The film released in 1994 and was an instant hit and till date has a good recall value.
The other film that out of his kitty was Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai’s Josh that released in 2000.
His funeral will be held today at the Santa Cruz crematorium in Mumbai. After getting the news, Bollywood actors Sonu Sood, Sanjay Nirupam, Mika Singh and more took to Twitter to express their grief and offer condolences.

Sonu wrote, “Really sad to know about the sudden demise of Champak Jain Ji. He was such a noble soul. Had such fond memories of him. My condolences to the entire Venus family, Rattan Jain Ji, Ganesh Jain ji RIP Champak sir.”
