The clamour around Salman Khan’s controversial “raped woman” analogy refuses to die down. The comment didn’t go well by majority. However, while some from the film fraternity remained silent on the stir, Priyanka Chopra gave quite a diplomatic answer to it.

PC didn’t really support Khan, but urged the media to concentrate on real issues rather than keep stirring the entire episode.

Priyanka Chopra’s Reply To Salman Khan’s Rape Comment Controversy

When asked about Salman’s controversy this is what the desi girl said in a recent media interview – “First of all, you should be asking the person who made this comment. It is very important for the media and for us as women to use our power and talk about the real problem which is happening in India every single day to so many women instead of pushing a controversy for a headline, which is unfair.”

The 33 year old actress further added, “There is so much reality happening like a brutal rape case in Bihar took place – why is no one talking about the issue? A lot has been said about the Salman issue; I don’t want to add to the noise. I would rather bring notice on real issues. The real problem is us talking about how to treat our women better in India and how to treat women better generally,”.

Salman Khan is all set for his upcoming flick Sultan in which he will be playing the role of a wrestler along with Anushka Sharma. Sultan is slated to release on July 6.
