Join UsFans of Priyanka Chopra have some great news to be happy about! The ‘Desi Girl’ will debut in her first ever item number in Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming film Shootout At Wadala. The song is a hit number from the 1978 blockbuster Muqaddar Ka Sikandar, Salaam-e-Ishq Meri Jaan which originally featured Rekha and Amitabh Bachchan.
Although the actress had earlier denied being involved in the project, insiders from the industry have confirmed that Piggy Chops will be seen rollicking with the film’s lead John Abraham in a typical mujra style.
Produced by Sanjay Gupta, Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor, Shootout At Wadala is a prequel to the 2007 hit film Shootout At Lokhandwala and boasts of an ensemble cast comprising John, Kangana Ranaut, Anil Kapoor, Tusshar Kapoor and Sonu Sood.
Whether PC will be able to recreate the magic that Rekha created years back? Well, one has to wait and watch!
