PM Narendra Modi and the central government received tons of wishes and appreciation post their decision of revoking the article 370 and 35A from the state of Jammu and Kashmir. Apart from the other fields, the celebrities from Bollywood too, thanked the government for the bold move.
Yesterday, addressing the nation, PM Narendra Modi urged the film industries of India to shoot the movies in the region. He also expressed that in future even Hollywood filmmakers might come in the region to shoot.
As per the video on Twitter, Narendra Modi quoted, “There was a time when Kashmir was the favourite destination of Bollywood filmmakers. There was no film on the region that was not shot there. I am confident that in future, even international films will be shot there. The entire world will come to Jammu and Kashmir to shoot their films.”
“I urge Bollywood, Telugu and Tamil film industries to come to Jammu and Kashmir and shoot your films here, ” he adds.

On Monday morning, Home Minister Amit Shah announced in Rajya Sabha that the government has decided to revoke Article 370 of the Constitution which grants special status to Jammu and Kashmir. The government also announced its decision to split the region into that two Union territories — Jammu and Kashmir, which will have a legislature, and Ladakh, which will be without a legislature.
