It all happened back in 2012 when the Love Aaj Kal actor in a media interaction, said that he is in conversation with Natalie Portman for a collaboration. He furthermore mentioned that the film is going to be a romantic comedy, but cannot reveal anything further. And when the news reached the Oscar-winning actress, it left her fuming.

Owing to the same, reportedly the Black Swan actress’ legal team reached out to Saif Ali Khan, and threatened saying if he doesn’t quash all the rumours in a public statement himself, the actress would unapologetically sue him.

So, to end the soup for once and all, Saif Ali Khan subtly came forward and mentioned that it was all nothing but a joke. He justified himself saying that there are so many speculations made about him that he decided to create one and entertain himself too!
“It was a joke, I am sorry. It’s just that I am very annoyed with speculations on all the aspects of my life. If this goes on, I might just start making up stories like these to entertain myself. Hope people will understand that,” Saif Ali Khan clarified in a conversation with Times Of India later.
