Not Deepika Padukone But Prabhas’ Nag Ashwin Directorial To Have Kiara Advani?

Nag Ashwin’s next directorial venture starring Prabhas has been grabbing headlines since a long time now. If reports now are to go by, the makers who were keen on casting Deepika Padukone alongside Baahubali star are now aiming to rope in Kiara Advani and below is what exactly happened.

The hunt for the leading lady of Prabhas in Nag Ashwin’s next, which is a sci-fi drama, has been on for ages. Several names including Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif were speculated to be approached. The strongest of all the speculations was that Ashwin was keen on roping in Deepika. But now reports claim that the Chhapaak actress asked for a hefty remuneration.

Turns out that the filmmaker has now planned in to cast Kabir Singh actor Kiara Advani to play the lead according to a report in the Filmi Beat. It also says that the actor has given nod to the project. No confirmation from both the sides have come out as of yet, but is highly awaited.

Meanwhile recently there were also reports that Kiara was being approached for Mahesh Babu’s next film that is Parasuram’s next directorial venture. But the report claims that Kiara has chosen the Prabhas starrer over Mahesh Babu’s film.

The actress is right now surrounded with several Bollywood projects. She was last seen in Netflix’s Guilty and is now gearing up for Laxmmi Bomb opposite Akshay Kumar and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 alongside Kartik Aaryan.
