Shivaay is directed by Ajay Devgn and features Sayesha Saigal, Abigail Eames and Vir Das in pivotal roles.

The film is set to release during Diwali on 28th October. It will clash with Ranbir-Anushka-Aishwarya starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
