The Shah Rukh Khan starrer Raees has got reasons to smile for Nawazuddin Siddiqui. We hear, the actor may be stepping into Farhan Akhtar’s shoes for the film. Yesterday we reported Farhan parting ways with his acting stint for the film and now the same role may be offered to Nawaz.
Being a performance-oriented role, the film requires an actor with an impeccable acting prowess and since Nawazuddin has clearly carved a niche for himself with his work, the actor is in talks with Excel Entertainment for Raees.

This is the first time Nawaz will be sharing screen space with Bollywood’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan. The film stars SRK in the lead role as a local don and will be directed by Rahul Dholakia.
