The Kaanchi girl Mishti, who became a popular face after Ghai’s last stint, has been roped in to play the lead lady opposite Salman Khan in Ghai’s next directorial. Though the actress did not receive very encouraging reviews from the critics with audiences nearly eradicating the film within one weekend, Mishti claims in a recent interview that the criticism has helped her work on her weaknesses.
The actress, who has been unduly compared too much to the lead lady of Ghai’s Taal, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, the criticism doesn’t seem to be faltering the lady at all who is planning to stay in Mumbai for the time being. Luckily she has the aid of a 3 film deal with Subhash Ghai but even otherwise the actress has plenty of offers of Bengali films in Kolkata. Contrary to her earlier plan of moving between Mumbai and Kolkata, focusing on both Tollywood and Bollywood, Mishti now intends to shift her focus to Bollywood alone.

Salman, who has worked with Ghai earlier as well in Yuvraaj, is currently working on Sajid Nadiadwala’s Kick and Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo after which he will begin working on No Entry Mein Entry.
