Manmarziyaan 2 On The Cards? Taapsee Pannu Is Eager To Collaborate With Anurag Kashyap

Vicky Kaushal, Taapsee Pannu and Abhishek Bachchan starrer Manmarziyaan might not have worked that well at the box office but the movie is a cult amongst a section of the audience especially the youths and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap and the actors won accolades for their work. Speaking about the movie, Taapsee said that she is really looking forward to collaborate with the filmmaker for the sequel.

Taapsee Pannu was asked about if the audience could expect the sequel to Manmarziyaan, the actress quoted, “Anurag Kashyap and I have pitched a lot of ideas to each other, and we are working on something. This November, we will do a film together but that’s not a love story. It is a supernatural thriller, ” reports Deccan Chronicle.

She further added that she is keen to do the sequel but it all depends on the makers to take the project on the floors.

“As far as Manmarziyaan is concerned, it is my first love story and I would love to do more love stories. I am really looking forward to Manmarziyaan 2 but it is all up to Anurag. I keep pushing him to do more light-hearted stories. Whatever he does with me will be light. It is not on the cards for now, but only Anand L. Rai and Kashyap can confirm if it is happening,” the actress adds.
