After the success of Kick, Salman Khan and team are all set to comeback with Kick 2. Ever since the announcement happened of the sequel, a lot of speculations have already been made about it. Days ago, news regarding Miss World, Manushi Chillar, being roped in as the female lead was doing the rounds, and now the latest is that Jacqueline Fernandez has involved into the situation and made sure she isn’t going anywhere!

According to a recent report by Deccan Chronicle, Jacqueline used her close friend, Salman’s help to reach out to the director, Sajid Nadiadwala.

“She made sure she got Kick 2, no matter how. Jacqueline recommended herself to Nadiadwala through Salman Khan. She just wouldn’t take a rebuff in her stride. As far as Jacqueline was concerned, her name was engraved on the heroine’s role in Kick 2. The idea of any other heroine in Kick 2 was kicked out,” says a source close to the development.

Now, that comes in as something new. We’re not sure if there’s any truth to it or not, but if it is, we can’t wait to have the actress back to the franchise!

Meanwhile, a few days back during the Bharat promotions, when Salman Khan was asked whether the actress will be a part of the sequel or not, he responded, “Dabangg will always have Sonakshi (Sinha), Jackie Fernandez will always be a part of Kick and Tiger can never be made without Katrina.”

Meanwhile, Salman is currently shooting for Dabangg 3 and has Inshallah along with Alia Bhatt & Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Veteran remake and of course, Kick 2 in the pipeline!
