Bollywood’s beautiful Barbie, Katrina Kaif is all set to impress her fans with a luscious double treat for them. According to innumerable sources, it is rumored that Katrina Kaif has been offered the role of twins, in the remake of the 70s’ classic cult film Seeta Aur Geeta.
The original film was a hit and starred the Dream Girl Hema Malini in the role of twins – one boisterously confident and other shy and reticent, along with Sanjeev Kumar and Dharmendra. Sources inform that Katrina Kaif is so keen on the film’s remake that she even offered to don the producer’s hat for it.

However the hitch here is, Rohan Sippy whose father Ramesh Sippy was the director of the original film rejected the news as rumors, clarifying that his father is not directing the project.

Reports also suggest that the film’s makers are not happy with Katrina’s free hand approach towards the film. Apparently the actress has been asked to choose the team she wants to work with which eventually did not go down too well with the Sippys. Also there is an additional rumor included which entails that the Sippy Brothers are having a rights rift over the film. Ramesh Sippy would in the end direct the film, only after he has rightfully won the film’s rights by law.
As of now, the industry insiders inform that Katrina Kaif and Sippy’s banner are meticulously sorting out the project in details. Both Ramesh Sippy and Katrina Kaif refused to comment on the matter.
