Karan Johar’s love for his parents is known to all. The Bollywood filmmaker named his kids after the names of his Mom and Dad. While he named his daughter Roohi the opposite of his mom, Hiroo Johar, his son was named Yash Johar which is the name of Karan’s Late father as well.

As Hiroo Johar turned 77 today, Karan being a lovely son took to Instagram and wished his mom a Happy Birthday. Karan wrote a heartwarming message for his mom along with some beautiful pictures of both. Meanwhile, Karan Johar is gearing up for his next directorial Takht which is touted to be a big-budget multistarrer period film. Takht which is slated to release next year stars Ranveer Singh, Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor & Bhumi Pednekar in lead.

MAs a producer, he just released Guilty on Netflix. Starring Kiara Advani in lead the film has been well received by the audience.
