Karan Johar or KJo how he is lovingly called is a man who dons many hats from being a director to a producer to an anchor of a talk show to an actor; he has come a long way. He loves challenges and experimenting with new roles.For his new venture, he turned Radio Jockey(RJ) for 104.8 FM. Calling Karan is his show on the radio where he is seen as a love guru. In the show he solves the problems of his callers pertaining to relationships and heart which airs five times a week (Mon-Fri), thrice a day, with 8 pm – 10 pm being the first airing, and repeats at 10 am -12 noon, 2 pm – 4 pm.
In an interview with Mumbai Mirror Karan Johar said, “I’ve been giving advice free of cost for many years so when this opportunity came up, I thought why not. Radio is the one platform I haven’t visited before and it is the best platform for me since I’m a one-stop shop BFF.”

As always there is a twist to his show, the closing segment features a rapid-fire round, but with a role-reversal – KJo responds to quick questions by the listeners.

Here are the questions asked by callers and what Karan replied:
Caller: Which is the most important relationship boundary for you?
Karan: Privacy. I think you can’t cross this boundary as this is the most important one.
Caller: Which Bollywood star has no boundaries?
Karan: Ranbir Kapoor
Caller: Have you ever caught someone checking your phone without your permission and what did you do?
Karan: Ranbir Kapoor. I shouted at him but he managed to break the code of my phone. I changed that code and he even got that code. So, I don’t know how he manages that but I think he works for the company that makes my phones.

Caller: Which Bollywood couple needs to set better relationship boundaries?
Karan: Anyone who is in a relationship with Ranbir Kapoor.
Ranbir Kapoor and Karan Johar will be next seen working together in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. Johar will also share anecdotes from his own life, as well as personal tips, influenced from his own experiences on his show.
