Recently, she attacked Taapsee Pannu & Varun Dhawan for appreciating Rajkummar Rao & team’s work in Judgemental Hai Kya but not mentioning Kangana’s name in it. Now, the latest is a hit on Deepika Padukone and her depression battle.
It all began some days back when Deepika’s The Live Love Laugh Foundation opposed Kangana’s films title, ‘Mental Hai Kya’ for using the term mental in it. Rangoli has had the foundation as well as the Padmaavat actress under her radar ever since. On Wednesday, TLLL Foundation on their official Twitter handle, posted a boomerang of Deepika from the time she came out in the open about depression battle.
To this, Rangoli requoted, “Yeh kya ho raha hai? Yeh depression hota hai, yeh woh log hain jinko word Mental se problem thi, magar depression vidoes pe baration ki tarah nach rahe hain, kya ghatiya wahiyat tarika hai depression ke naam pe publicity lene ka .. @TLLLFoundation”

Earlier, Deepika’s foundation had opposed the title as they wrote, “It is time we put an end to the use of words, imagery and/or the portrayal of persons with mental illness in a way that reinforces stereotypes. (1/2)
Many millions who suffer with mental illness in India already face tremendous stigma. Therefore,it is extremely important to be responsible and sensitive towards the needs of those suffering. (2/2)”
However, after multiple objections, the makers have finally changed the title to ‘Judgemental Hai Kya’.
The story of the film is based on a murder and how a young man “Keshav”, played by Rajkummar Rao and mentally ill girl “Bobby”, played by Kangana are involved in it.
The film also features Brijendra Kala, Jimmy Shergill, Amyra Dastur among others.
“Judgemental Hai Kya” will release on July 26.
