Kangana Ranaut is back at slamming nepotism kids. This time, it isn’t Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, or Hrithik Roshan but Twinkle Khanna. Akshay Kumar’s wife compared husbands to polythene and handbags in a viral video, and that seems to have triggered the Emergency actress. Scroll below for all the details!
If there’s one actress who does not mince her words, that’s Kangana. She was among the rare stars who spoke up during Sushant Singh Rajput death case. She also recently supported her Manikarnika co-star Ankita Lokhande, who was publicly embroiled in a family drama after participating in Bigg Boss 17. Her unfiltered side first grabbed the limelight when she graced Koffee With Karan and called Karan Johar the “flagbearer of nepotism.”

Back in December, Twinkle Khanna attended a Because She Can event to empower women and speak about equality. “I keep saying this repeatedly. I think we do need men. It’s almost like a handbag; you can carry things in a plastic bag, but it’s nice to have a Kelly. Having said that, I think it’s an equal partnership. But what is real equality?”

Twinkle Khanna goes on to point out how, despite being working women, 90% of the childcare and household chores are still our responsibility. She added that women are still suffering from 100 of years of patriarchy but the only way ahead is to teach our kids equality. “We’ll get there. One handbag, one dessert, one relevant/ irrelevant man at a time,” she concludes.
It looks like video caught Kangana Ranaut’s attention now. She took to her Instagram stories and slammed Twinkle Khanna, “What are these privileged brats who call their men polythene bags, are they trying to be cool? Nepo kids born with silver spoon, given film careers on golden platters, couldn’t do justice to that for sure, least they could do find some joy and fulfilment in selflessness of motherhood that also seems like a curse in their case what exactly do they want to be? Vegetables? Is that feminism?”
