Kangana Ranaut has left everyone in disbelief with her derogatory remark about Urmila Matondkar. She had called the Rangeela actress a “soft p*rn” star, which drew adverse reactions from Bollywood. Her controversial statement has gone viral all over again as she joins politics, and below is all she has to say about it!
In a 2020 interview with Times Now, Kangana questioned Urmila Matondkar’s acting career. The Queen actress was asked about contesting elections when she reacted, “What is she known for? For doing soft p*rn, right? If she can get a ticket, why won’t I get a ticket?”

Kangana Ranaut defended her derogatory remark on Urmila Matondkar and said, “I am not justifying anything. If these actresses are comfortable with words such as tandoori murgi, item girl, Sheila ki Jawani, why is it seen as something violating? It is a matter of fact, if they are comfortable with this, why do you want to shame them? I personally do not think I had any intention of shaming her (Urmila Matondkar) because she is very comfortable in that role.”
Further adding to her comment, Kangana Ranaut questioned if soft p*rn or p*rn star are objectionable terms. She claimed that adult actresses in India get the utmost respect, and Sunny Leone is the biggest example of it. She added, “The amount of respect p*rn stars get in India – just ask Sunny Leone – nowhere else in the world is that the case.”

On March 24, Kangana Ranaut confirmed her entry into politics. She will be contesting elections from Mandi and has been provided with a ticket by Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP).
Politician and former journalist Supriya Shrinate recently shamed Kangana over her fashion choices. In one of the pictures, the actress could be seen donning a nude-colored corset top and opted for a braless look. Her avatar did not go very well with the Congress member who slammed the actress but later faced consequences for it. She was dropped and replaced as a candidate by the political party.
