Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s directorial Panga started shoot exactly a year ago today in Bhopal and the film has been unfolding in a very beautiful way. The actors including Kangana Ranaut, Richa Chadha, Pankaj Tripathi, Jassie Gill have given all their best efforts to make the film look good on the screen.
Ashwini Iyer Tiwari earlier revealed that the Kangana Ranaut starrer Panga is based on the life of Infosys founder NR Narayan Murthy and his wife Sudha Murthy. She even took to her Instagram handle and put up a long note in which she explained her bond with the much-loved couple.

Describing how she calls Mrs Murthy, Sudha Maa, she wrote, “Two opposite personalities. I don’t have a picture with Mr Narayan Murthy. But spent hours chatting with Sudha Maa – that’s what I call her now,” she wrote. She also recalled her journey so far as a creative artist and then as a filmmaker. “Been working for almost 21 years now. Started off with designing events and logos while studying in art school. I needed the money to feed my art supplies and education. Then joined as an art trainee at Leo Burnett. Spent 16 years in advertising and marketing with the most amazing people who are my dearest friends too. Left advertising in 2015 to an unknown world of Bollywood only for the passion of telling stories.”

Panga will release on January 24, 2020, and stars Kangana Ranaut, Jassi Gill, Neena Gupta, and Richa Chaddha in pivotal roles. Panga is presented and produced by Fox Star Studios.
