Tanweer Films is set to release director Tarsem Singh’s version of the Snow White fairytale Mirror Mirror on 13 April 2012 in India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
With a twist in the classic fairy tale, Mirror Mirror is playful and sprinkled with humour where Snow White, played by Lily Collins, trains to claim back what is rightfully hers. Exiled by the Evil Queen (Julia Roberts) who steals control of the kingdom, Snow White enlists the help of seven resourceful rebels to win back her birthright in a spirited adventure comedy. The tale is filled with jealousy, romance and betrayal.
Mirror Mirror may not have hit theatres across the world, but its release in Russia saw it at the number two spot in the top 10 films.
