Salman Khan is probably a superstar who has seen a great deal of flak in life before attaining great heights. Surely stardom hasn’t come easy to him and after a lull, his success was precious to him, one would assume. When Koimoi recently spoke to Salman, it turned out that the Superstar doesn’t treasure his stardom as much as one would expect him to.
Salman told Koimoi, “Who is ever bored of their success? I equate things very differently. Till I have fame, I have work. Till I have work, I have money. Till I have money, I have Being Human. I am going to make it so difficult for the rest of the actors. Eventually my mission is to take Being Human to a different level altogether. And I am struggling with it. I am working really hard at it. I have never worked so much in my life as much as I am working right now. I don’t like talking about it too much because I already have too much problem. We are getting maximum exposure for it, that will be for the better. We are trying to get in all our stuff directly. The CSR, the businesses and revenues. I want to take it to such a level that it would be difficult for actors to compete with that level of charitable trust. ”

The Superstar continued with, “What’s stardom? Every 3 years someone will come and beat me. If they want to beat me, I want them to beat me at this. I want them all to start their own charitable trust and I want them to beat me at Being Human. I want them to destroy me, beat me hollow at what I do with Being Human. I will be happy when they beat me at Being Human.”
