Hrithik Roshan Does A Whopping 70 Cr Investment Deal

Real Estate is a key investment option for most of the celebs and this time making the headlines for a mammoth real estate investment is actor Hrithik Roshan. We hear, the actor has pumped in a huge amount of 70 crores to develop a plot off the Andheri Link Road.

According to a popular daily, this plot will be used to build a 26 storey residential tower. The Roshans are known for their mega deals when it comes to real estate investments. In the past, they have secured their earnings through investments in real estate with Anand Pandit, a developer and a BJP functionary.

The Andheri Link Road, a commercial complex seems to be a favourite among the Roshans. Previously, they had purchased three floors in the Lotus Business Park opposite Fun Republic in Andheri (W) and also booked four offices spread across 18,000 sq ft in a commercial building in Jogeshwari (E).
