How could you predict that Agneepath would touch the Rs. 100-crore mark (net collections) in India when collections dropped by about 40-45% on the second day (Friday)? Will it, in fact, collect that much?
Komal Nahta: The flying start which Agneepath took and the report of the youth were enough to give an indication where the film was headed. If collections dropped on Friday, they also picked up on Sunday, which we had envisaged because of the positive reports. As for your second question, it will easily touch the 100-crore mark. Why, the first week itself has ended at over Rs. 91 crore.

Can nothing be done about the innumerable court cases which are filed week in and week out against producers just before the release of their films, that too, on the flimsiest of grounds?
Komal Nahta: So long as even one case is genuine, nothing can be done to wish the cases away. It’s a free country and everybody has access to the courts here.

Komal Nahta:
