Himansh faced severe backlash after Neha shared several heartfelt posts on social media about how she felt betrayed and is facing depression. While the Yaariyan actor had maintained a stoic silence so far, he has now chosen to finally break his silence and reveal to the world what happened.
The biggest shocker comes when Himansh reveals that though Neha cried on national television and accused Himansh of breaking her heart, it was actually the singer’s decision to break up and move on in life! What’s more, is that he was falsely blamed as no one was interested in knowing what the real the story behind their break up was.
Speaking to Bombay Times in his latest interview, Himansh has revealed that though it was never an ugly break up for him, things certainly did turn ugly after Neha began crying publically and portraying him as the villain. Himansh has been quoted saying, “It wasn’t an ugly break-up from my side, but when speculations began, everything became ugly. That was one of the worst phases of my life. Today, things have settled down, but yes, there was a time when the entire world was cursing me on social media. That was when we had just split towards the end of 2018 and she had put up this post online. Nobody wanted to know the real story and I was made out to be the villain. It was very upsetting because I wasn’t saying anything and people were drawing their own conclusions based on what she was putting out.”

He further said, “She cried on TV shows and everyone believed that I was to blame. I wanted to cry, too, but then we tend to put up a brave front. At the end of the day though, we are human. Mann mera bhi bahut karta tha ki main kuch kahoon, there were times when I would type things to post on social media, but I would decide to wait for some time, and a few hours later, I would change my mind because I felt this is the same person who I had loved, how can I say anything against her. That’s not my definition of love. I never even asked her why she was doing that to me, even though it hurt me very much.”
Himansh also said that the phrase made him wallow in extreme self-doubt and he also lost confidence. However, things are now better for the actor and he reveals to being associated with a few interesting projects and will soon be seen on the silver screen.
