Bollywood actor Emraan Hashmi has turned 41 years old today. He made his Bollywood debut with the film Footpath and his name began shining in the film industry after the release of his film Murder in 2004. Besides being an incredible actor, Emraan Hashmi is a proud and an awesome father to his son Ayaan Hashmi. In 2016, Emraan also wrote a book titled The Kiss of Life: How A Superhero and My Son Defeated Cancer on Ayaan’s battle with cancer. The book chronicled his son’s struggle with the dreaded disease.
Emraan Hashmi was also called Hitman Hashmi by the fans back in 2012 after delivering consecutive hit films like Murder 2, The Dirty Picture, Jannat 2, Once Upon a Time in Mumbai and Raaz 3. In his early days, Hashmi’s every film had kissing scenes and that gave him the tag of serial kisser of Bollywood as such bold scenes were rare in those days and he had kissed on-screen many heroines of that era. However, it took some time to break this image and later established himself as one of the sought-after actors of Bollywood.
