Shah Rukh Khan’s recent release, Fan featured a scene where the character Gaurav Chandna, specially carries a box of sweets (soan-papdi) from the iconic Ghantewala Sweet Shop of Delhi.

Now, this scene has landed the makers of the film in legal trouble since the owner of the sweet shop, Sushant Jain has sued them for using their brand name without permission.

The owners have now slapped a notice on Shah Rukh Khan, seeking a compensation for using their brand name without crediting them for the same.
