Ranveer Singh is enjoying the success of his film Padmaavat as well as all the love that his character Alauddin Khalji has received from all over. His portrayal of Khilji has won viewers and critics alike. Padmaavat has gone on to become the highest grossing film of his career.
According to an article in Deccan Chronicle, Ranveer Singh bared his heart about his co-stars. He said, “I genuinely believe you are as good as your co-actor, I have experienced it so many times with Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt now, Jim Sarbh in Padmaavat.”

He further added, “When you have somebody who is present, who is giving, who is connected it enriches and enhances your performance. I have been very blessed that in my journey I have had such special actors to collaborate with, to learn from. There are so many actors that I want to work with, where I feel I could learn so much. I hope to get those opportunities, Priyanka Chopra as well. It’s a wonderful collaborative process- this whole acting thing. It’s so personal in so many ways.”
